- Canobie Lake Amusement
Park – Located in Salem, NH, Canobie
Lake Park opened in 1902 and has virtually spanned the entire 20th
Century with family fun along the shores of beautiful Canobie Lake.

Archaeological excavation at the site has

18th and 19th century house wares, and manacles (possibly removed
from slaves who used the site as a stop on the underground railroad
in the 1830's and 1840's. Along with it's astronomical alignments,
America's Stonehenge continues to be one of the most fascinating
archaeological discoveries of the century.
- White Mountain National
Forest – Located 75 miles from the hotel, the White Mountain
National Forest is one of the most heavily used forests in
the country with over 6 million visitors annually. People come
here to backpack, camp, picnic, to enjoy scenic drives, to ski
and even to go dogsledding! You may see signs of timber harvesting as you
travel through the White Mountain National Forest. Harvesting
occurs on approximately 0.5% of the entire Forest at any given
time, with about 29 million board feet of timber harvested annually.
Harvesting is done to improve recreation, create trails or vistas,
create wildlife habitat and to provide wood products. Today,
the Forest is part of the larger National Forest System of over
150 forests stretching from Alaska to Puerto Rico.

- Gillette
Stadium – Gillette Stadium is a world-class event facility
located in Foxborough, Mass. It is the home of the NFL's New
England Patriots, and the New England Revolution of the MLS.
Gillette Stadium partially opened on May 11, 2002 with the Revolution.
Its Grand Opening was on September 9, 2002 when the Patriots
beat the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football. The
ticket office is located at the northwest corner of the stadium,
